I know that many now think the kabuto-Oro fusion will create the final villian but to me it seemed as a farewell to both characters. It seemed to be a concession to the Oro fans that he died but is not totally dead but will not reappear. So long to the dynamically evil duo.

hah we'll see about this. i would be very shocked if kabuto got killed any time soon, he is probably already an S-class by now

I don't think it's a farewell for Kabuto. Kabuto just needed to find the proper motivation to use all of his potential.

But this chapter confirmed the death of Orochimaru, and I'm pretty sad about it. So indeed, farewell Orochimaru, you were killed by the raging hords of 7yo sasgay fanbois and could not fulfill your destiny. I will miss you, you were the greatest.

It's sorta a good bye to both and a hello to a fusion.

Think DBZ and imagine Kabuto and Orochimaru did a fusion dance imo.

Kabuto's mental health has clearly gone off the deep end btw

It'll be interesting to see if Kabuto's physical and mental condition continue to deteriorate/advance where he takes on more and more of Oro's physical characteristics (like it spreads to the other eye, and he gets Oro's tongue, etc.) and personality.

orobuto is going to kill one of the strong akatski soon, i can feel it in my bones, not the leader, but someone else

I know what you feel OP, There was only a little hope left in me for Oro long-term return (in any shape or form) in the first place, seeing Kabuto go crazy like that in front of Naruto gave me the feeling that these are the last chapters we'll hear anything from the Oro camp ever.

yeah what will happen to the sound village/sound villagers, probably orobuto will rule over them again or else they'll just flee to other villages, second conclusion probably more logical

Seeing the most recent chapter also lowered the possibility of Orochimaru appearence once again for me.

I don't know about you but when Sasuke beat Oro and people said Kabuto would let what remained take him over I thought they were crazy but wrong is wrong now we see what will happen to Kabutoro as it seems likely that Kabuto is the dominate psyche in this melange. So what part did Sasuke get?
