Well, in the Neji vs. Kidomaru episode, you will see that the curse seal goes over his nose and his face shape is just like iruka. this is strange.And also the hair. Its quitre like Shikamaru but in a Iruka kinda way.

they LOOK alike
Kidoumaru = 14 years old = dead.
Iruka = 23 years old (pre-timeskip) = shown alive

Sure, why the Hell not? He just grows extra arms, changes skin tone, deages a bit and decides to torment Neji for the fun of it. I bet it was because Neji was a snob in the Academy and picked on Naruto. Then after Neji passed out during their fight 'Kidomaru' got up, dusted himself off, turned back into Iruka and wandered back to the village, leaving Neji behind, because if we know one thing about Iruka it's that he's an ass.
....On second thought, nah, it's just a long lost twin brother thing. One the village doesn't talk about that much because he had too many arms. Oh, and he was black. The Leaf Village doesn't care about black spider babies.

Yes, Kaidomaru, the cursed seal spiderman member of the sound four who got his ass kicked by a genin, and died, is secretly Iruka, the nice chunin teacher, who is the first person to ever acknowledge Naruto, and whom, should he have a cursed seal, would actually be a bit of an important character.
