She's probably not necessary. The greatest issue YYHverse faces is the sutras. Even though they have the numbers, they just don't have anything that can stand up to the sutras. One of them is effective enough, there's five of them (three are known).
Then I still say Saiyuki's overall speed gt; YYH overall speed.

Hold on, let me scan you the description of them. It will make it easier. It won't take long.
Strong point: Story and character. Wonderful art (mainly in Reload). Weak point: Repetitive at times. At times, there's really no progression (but I believe that is to extend the story)

Basically, there the heaven and earth sutras. Each has individual aspects which they have, through Sanzo's display of his sutra, great effect over. Probably will, but you have to take into account that what will make them know to use such a move on it? And once a sutra is activated, it's pretty hard to stop it (never has yet)

yusuke's powers just developed and kurama gave up his yoko form and shura yomis son shot a nuclear size blast low power out of one hand.

I can't. I have to see how he was in his prime. I could say that Homura should have been stupidly stronger than what he's shown because he was sick during the time, but I can't make that assumption. I have to go by what I've seen. For Raizen, that wasn't much at all.

I've give you Hiei, but how did you get Yomi not going all out? Yusuke's power were developing, but they still were made apparent. Shura blast wasn't that serious. Mainly because it had more effect than actual damage ( I mean, those trees were okay, must have been some adamantium trees). He also said that was his best attack. And Shura was an S class demon. I'm not sure where you're getting half power from. And still, you can't speculatr what they would be if that were true. We have to go by what they've done, or I can easily say that Seiten Taisei takes this alone.

Most EVERYONE in the lower bracket has been proven as bullet-timers. Goku and Gojyo has proven to be greatly beyond sound speed. Goku and Gojyo was dodging bullets from rifles WHILE surrounded. Rifles can fire bullets 5 times faster than sound. Then there's a few near point blank dodges. Even early in the series, they were fighting demons that were dodging bullets with ease.
They get anal raped in terms of speed by the higher tier characters. Seiten Taisei, Homura, Shien, Kami-sama, Nataku, Zenon, and Youkai Hakkai can blitz that speed. Outright make them look like, as Yusuke said, quot;An old lady trying to cross a freewayquot;
I'm sorry, but Hiei's the only one who's proven to be as fast as the lower echelon of characters in Saiyuki, and then, he's still not as fast as them (he's probably 1 or 2x sound speed, whereas the lower ech in Saiyuki are, at least, 5x sound). And since Hiei is herald most of the time as the fastest Yu Yu Hakushi character, if he's not proven to be faster than the Saiyuki clan, no one else is.

Mukuro's normal attacks aren't essentially dimension slicing. Kuwabara truly isn't worth mentioning here. Then, are you taking them out of character or what? If they were out of character, I can see Mukuro using that slice at first. But if YYH is going to be out of character (or bloodlusted) I assume the same is for Saiyuki. That would then mean that the speed advantage would come into play.
But I only mentioned the sutras as the one thing the YYHverse can't combat. Not like I'm saying they'd be the first on the plate to be used. You don't need to treat this whole dimension slicing thing as the counter for them.
Technically, they were incredibly durable trees, since they were Makai trees, and everything in the Makai is far more durable than in the Ningenkai.
