I've answered in a couple of Konohamaru vs Inari before (a serch revealed that there are 5) and I think the best one turned out to be this
Inari only had a helmet and a crossbow in that one scenario, but Konohamaru has kunai and ninjutsu (he can at least henge and KnJ, he's an academy student) all the time. Sandaime's young progeny FTW!
