Yamato can turn his body into wood and thus heal damage.  However, Sawarabi no Mai would be his downfall.

There was a reason why kimimao had that disease. He would destroy 99% of all other ninjas in a one on one fight. He had to go after he served his purpose, which was to test lee and gaara. He wins this, probably easily.

Kimimaro would win.  Yamato hasn't shown any Jutsu that could harm him.  However we don't know what he was about to do to Sasuke.

I know what he was going to do. He was about to show him why its a bad idea to cross konoha. All konoha nin have a + 7 attack against bad guys.... makes you wonder what asumas base attack was, i guess hidan's defence is like 50 or something lol
