Ichigo = Shikai (well, normal)
why is ichigo shikai? he would lose even masked
It's possible that Isshin is far stronger than Ulquiorra so it's possible that Ichigo might get owned even with mask on but I'm not sure if Isshin is that strong without even going shikai...
Shikai Ichigo would get his ass handed to him
